despite my opinion that this type of project works well for the designers of the software because they understand how it works and why, they are able to modify it to fit their new needs. When comes the time to bring non designers of the software in, I think the process totally change. They have to fit their thinking process to the one implied and yet still enforced by the interface and even fundamental paradigm proposed by the system they know have to "think into".
